Why CORE Performance?
I want people to experience lives they love. To create results with more joy and ease.
So, when people ask me why I use the word CORE to describe our work, I say its because it reminds us all of what is at the center of who we are, our strength and potential.
I've directly experienced and coached many people for years to increase performance and it never comes through the “work harder, longer with more effort” mode. Instead, I find when people relax, build on their passion, settle into their sweet spot, increase their focus and work in flow with their teams they significantly increase their productivity and joy.
Our work simply gives people a framework to do just that, and to have fun along the way. We invite players to significantly increase their focus and take more consistent action in delivering measurable but balanced results. And typically teams and individuals exceed their financial goals while increasing their experience of fulfillment~ just about everywhere.
