Game Goals, specific milestones for success, are a key part of playing Games. Typically organized in 3 month increments and focused on BOTH bottom line results and soft goals like trust, effective communication and personal satisfaction at work. All goals are measured and tracked with your own uniquely designed Scoreboard your team uses throughout the Game Series to tune strategy, stay focused and increase accountability for results.

Coaching for success comes in the form of Time Outs with your CORE coach and team huddles brilliantly designed for engaging the emotional commitment and enthusiasm needed to breakthrough to success. Buddy support, Halftime and Game Celebrations reinforce the value of learning, claiming your wins, building trust and staying the course for what you want.
